Grasil distributes its activity between the development, confection and commercialization of its own brand: AFFARI and the production in private label for brands of international reputation. During the last years, Grasil has been implementing and occupying a prominent place in the European and African Market. This is mainly due to the quality of the materials used in the manufacturing of the parts, the high technology used and the rigorous quality controls that exist throughout the production process. Grasil also participates in international fairs to publicize its product and in the elaboration of catalog of its manufacturing aspects. The commercial growth and development strategy coincides with the commercialization of own brand products directly to retail, aiming to control the distribution channels. In this sense, it has been strengthening its distribution networks, increasing the number of sellers, both in the domestic market and in the foreign market. A similar commercial strategy is being pursued in other markets as a means of increasing sales of private label products. In Grasil quality is understood as a strategic tool in strengthening its organizational structure and, consequently, in improving its own competitiveness, hence the company is certified through ISO 9001: 2008. Improving the quality of its products and services is a task that is incumbent on all employees of the company, each one being responsible for controlling the quality of its performance, in relation to the corresponding specifications or procedures.
